Facundo Chas Longhi

Facundo Chas Longhi is a seasoned professional in talent management and diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Skills and Learning at ENGIE Europe. Previously, Facundo held multiple leadership roles at ENGIE Impact, including Head of Talent & DEI and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director. In addition, Facundo contributed to ENGIE as the Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Latin America. Earlier experience includes positions at IBM as the Latin America Talent Team and Executive Recruitment Leader and Diversity and Inclusion Leader, as well as serving as a Senior HR Coordinator at Hewlett-Packard. Facundo Chas Longhi earned a degree from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales between 2006 and 2011.
