Firas Bessadok is an accomplished backend developer with extensive experience in Scala and a strong emphasis on performance in high-traffic e-commerce environments. Currently serving as a backend developer at Ingenico since February 2020, Firas has previously worked with prominent organizations such as MNT - Mutuelle Nationale Territoriale, Rakuten-PriceMinister, and Malakoff Mederic. Firas's expertise encompasses designing and implementing complex systems, microservice architecture, and leading development teams. With a solid educational background holding a PhD in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, Firas has also completed specialized training in Functional Programming Principles in Scala at EPFL.
