Franky Vergauwen

Franky Vergauwen is an experienced operational and project manager currently working at GDF SUEZ since March 2005, focusing on optimizing accounts payable processes through automation and technology. Vergauwen has previous experience as an accounting house for accounts payable at Electrabel Nederland N.V. in 2011, where benchmarking within the GDF SUEZ group was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Vergauwen served as finance fuel manager at GDF SUEZ CC SSC from January 2000 to October 2004, managing the P2P process related to fuel supply and consumption in Belgium and Luxembourg. Educational qualifications include continuous formation in indirect taxes from the International VAT forum - Avalara and a master's degree in economics/accounting from the economic school Karel de Grote and the economische hogeschool Sint-Eligius, both attended in 1975-1977.
