Jacques Boonen

Jacques Boonen has extensive experience in the energy and policy sectors, currently serving as the Head of Distributed Solar and Storage in the US at ENGIE since February 2012, alongside previous roles as Chief Strategy, IT/Digital, BDO Officer, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for the France Renewable Energies Business Unit, and a European policy senior analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a regulatory affairs manager at SITA Suez and an European affairs manager at GDF SUEZ. Jacques also gained insights as a trainee in European Public Affairs at Suez and as a trainee in the press and information office at the Western European Union Assembly. Jacques holds a Master 2 in European Affairs from the Institut catholique de Paris, completed in 2007.
