Natalia Buga

Natalia Buga, PhD, is a seasoned leader in general management and global finance, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Engie President/Chairman of the Board. With a robust background in strategic market development and financial performance at SUEZ in North America, Natalia has also contributed to international policy-making as an Associate Expert at OECD. Their extensive experience includes roles at ENGIE Impact, where they established a finance framework for sustainability solutions, and participation in various significant financial advisory projects. A Harvard Business School alumni, Natalia holds a PhD in Economics, complemented by a Master’s degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
