Philippe BUCHET serves as the Engie Global Expert in Sciences and Transition to a net zero carbon footprint at ENGIE Lab CRIGEN since July 2020, while also holding the position of Director of Research Programs since January 2015. With a career at ENGIE dating back to 1995, Philippe has consistently focused on research strategy and development of projects aimed at energy and environmental efficiency, energy transition, and decarbonization of industrial plants. Philippe has represented ENGIE in various international research associations concerning environmental efficiency and sustainability, including roles as Vice Leader of a study group at the International Gas Union and President of the RECORD Association. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Fluid Mechanics from Pierre and Marie Curie University and an MBA from HEC Paris.
