Raileanu Victor -Francisc

Raileanu Victor-Francisc has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head Of Back Office at ENGIE Romania since July 2011, where responsibilities include billing, payment collection, debt recovery, and liaising with gas and electricity distributors. Previously, Raileanu held the position of Risc and Performance Department Manager at ENGIE Romania, focusing on commercial reporting, budgeting, and risk analysis. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy, Budget, Prices and Tarifs Office Manager and Business Analyst at GDF SUEZ Energy Romania. Raileanu completed the Executive Management Program at ESCP Business School in 2016 and holds a degree from Colegiul Universitar Tehnic, Economic, de Informatica si Administratie din Craiova, along with a secondary education in Mathematics and Physics from Liceul Teoretic "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" in Bucharest.
