Xavier Furst

Xavier Furst is an experienced professional in contract management and legal counsel, currently serving as a Council Member at World Commerce & Contracting since June 2024 and as a member of the Board of Directors and co-editor of the Journal du Contract Management at AFCM since January 2023. In addition, Furst holds the position of Senior Contract Manager at ENGIE since April 2020 and previously worked at GRDF from January 2016 to March 2020 as a Data Protection Officer, Correspondant Informatique et Libertés, and Responsable juridique. Prior experiences include a role as Senior Legal Counsel at GDF SUEZ Nuclear Development Division from July 2004 to December 2015, where assistance and counsel were provided related to international industrial projects and corporate directives. Furst holds advanced degrees in Contract Management, Executive Management, and Multimedia Law, complemented by a Baccalauréat in Economics.
