Donald Brumbaugh

Donald Brumbaugh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at HPTi since August 2010, Donald acts as the point of contact for the Project Management Assessment System, assisting the VA Veterans Relationship Management project in navigating established processes. Prior to this role, Donald was a Senior Business Analyst at DefenseWeb Technologies, Inc., leading a team in requirements management for medical systems for the Department of Defense. Donald's career began at AT&T as a Programmer, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at NGIT, where full life cycle development of a records management system was undertaken. Donald holds a Master's degree in System Software Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
