Jeff Kahn, Ph.D., is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as Staff Data Scientist and Technical Lead for Search & Recommendations at Engine since December 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at eBay, where Jeff held positions such as Senior Applied Researcher focused on Recommendations and Data Scientist specializing in Search Monetization, as well as leadership roles in the Merchandising team. Jeff's earlier career includes a Data Scientist position at Gartner and a Data Science Fellowship at Insight Data Science. Jeff Kahn's academic credentials feature a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a dual Bachelor's degree in Engineering and English Literature from Swarthmore College.
