Jun Yi Tan

Jun Yi Tan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Engine since May 2025, Jun Yi Tan previously held the role of Head of People Operations at 60 Decibels, where responsibilities included designing performance management cycles and coaching managers on employee engagement. Jun Yi Tan has also worked with the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project, managing recruitment processes and establishing talent pipelines, and contributed to various humanitarian efforts as both an Office and Hiring Manager and Immigration Paralegal. Additionally, Jun Yi Tan has experience in independent research with organizations such as Planned Parenthood and Amnesty International, addressing critical social issues through data analysis and collaboration. Educationally, Jun Yi Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colorado College along with additional studies in Peace and Social Justice.
