Liz Lally

Liz Lally is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Engine, Liz previously held the position of Director of People & Culture at SmartBear, where responsibilities included managing onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Enel X, where support was provided to around 350 employees, and various HR positions at SharkNinja and Target, where Liz developed expertise in HR policies, talent management, and operational leadership. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Joseph's University.
