Willa Gross

Willa Gross is a seasoned creative operations and production professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Willa serves as the Director of Creative Operations at Engine since June 2025. Prior to this role, Willa worked as a Staff Producer for Brand and Campaigns at Retool from November 2023 to June 2025 and as a Freelance Producer at BUCK. Willa's foundational experience includes the role of Director of Creative Production at Wealthsimple, where responsibilities encompassed team scaling, program management, and cross-channel creative production. Previous positions include leadership roles at The New York Times, Qulture, AKQA, Code and Theory, Loeffler Randall, and Think Fabricate, demonstrating a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, brand campaigns, and operational systems. Willa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Bard College and has completed a Digital Marketing program at General Assembly.
