Yon Abad

Yon Abad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply strategy and operations within the travel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Strategy and Operations at Engine since March 2025, Yon previously held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Global Leader for Corporate Supply, Procurement & Distribution at Flight Centre Travel Group from September 2019 to March 2025, where responsibility included managing global land supply products and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Yon was the Vice President of Global Supply, Hotel at RoomIt by CWT from September 2016 to September 2019, overseeing supplier relationships and sourcing operations. Additionally, Yon's tenure at Carlson Wagonlit Travel spanned multiple roles including Sr Director Consulting and Director Consulting for Hotel Solutions in the Americas. Yon's career began with experience at BNP Paribas and an internship at KPMG. Yon holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from KEDGE Business School.
