Daphne Teo

Daphne Teo has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and biotechnology industries. Daphne is currently the Managing Partner and Founder of NSG Ventures, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of NSG BioLabs from 2019-2021, Partner at Nest.Bio Ventures from 2018-2019, Co-Founder and Advisor at Engine Biosciences from 2015-2018, and Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs and HSBC from 2011-2015 and 2010-2011, respectively. Before that, they were an Investment Analyst at Sapphire Corporation Limited from 2008-2010, specializing in investments in the metals and mining sector.

Daphne Teo has an educational background that spans from 2004 to 2021. Daphne attended Raffles Institution before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University from 2004 to 2008. Daphne then went on to Stanford University to earn a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from 2008 to 2009. Most recently, they graduated with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University in 2021.
