The Technical and Operations Team at elfc is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the engine leasing and financing operations. This includes managing the technical evaluations of engines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and optimizing asset utilization. They work closely with airlines and MRO organizations to provide technical support and ensure the reliability and performance of leased engines, supporting elfc’s mission to deliver high-quality, flexible engine solutions.
