Shassagne Hilaire

Shassagne Hilaire is an experienced audio engineer and music producer with a diverse background in sound production, studio management, and technical support. Currently employed at Engine Room Audio since October 2021, Shassagne oversees studio maintenance, manages staff performance, and provides artistic direction while handling editing and mixing of recorded and live sound. As CEO of MusicsOurReligion, Shassagne leads a glow-in-the-dark clothing line and has served as a music producer for MorShabazz.com since 2006, recognized as a top producer in Boston by Istandard producers in 2014. Previous roles include audio engineering positions at cl0ud9 studios and feet1st Studios, alongside serving as COO and studio manager at Mass Apparel. Shassagne began a career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a radio operator, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Audio Production from The New England Institute of Art.
