Yadon Longmire

Yadon Longmire is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and process optimization. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Engineered Plastic Components since April 2023, Yadon oversees the design and coordination of semi-automated assembly and plastic joining processes. Prior to this role, Yadon spent nearly 14 years at EG Industries, where notable achievements included leading a successful turnaround of a failing deco paint system launch and managing various process developments. Yadon also has a strong background in program management, having held multiple leadership roles at Florida Production Engineering, where responsibilities ranged from directing engineering teams to achieving significant certifications and operational improvements. Yadon holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
