Kousthub Mahendra

Kousthub Mahendra is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as Structural Engineering Lead at Engineered Tower Solutions since December 2021, Kousthub is responsible for coordinating design and producing detailed engineering studies and reports. Prior to this role, Kousthub worked at FDH Infrastructure Services from October 2017 to December 2021, progressing from Project Engineer I to Project Engineer II, where responsibilities included providing modification designs for tower structures and managing cross-functional team coordination. Kousthub's earlier experience includes internships focused on structural design and analysis at firms such as LGM Consultants Engineering Services and JDH Structural Engineers. Kousthub holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
