Jim Bagrowski, PE, LEED AP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Engineering Economics Inc. since September 2004, Jim manages commissioning and energy-saving projects, oversees client relations, budgets, and resources while conducting energy analyses and mechanical system evaluations. Previously, as a Project Manager at Phillips Swager and Associates from January 2001 to August 2004, Jim focused on HVAC system design and building commissioning, contributing to "Green Design" initiatives and managing project costs. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at Electromotive Division of General Motors from 1996 to 2001, where Jim designed HVAC systems for locomotive cabs, and Associate Engineer at Saginaw Division of General Motors from 1991 to 1994, overseeing mechanical design for steering column programs. Jim holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
