Ann Tomalavage, PE, PMP, LEED AP, serves as the President of Malarkey Consulting, Inc. since July 1997, where the focus is on helping fast-growing engineering firms enhance project capacity and profitability. In addition, Ann is a Lead Instructor for the Project Management Accelerator - PM Skills Course at the Engineering Management Institute, which offers engineering professionals development in project management skills. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Project Manager at both Roy F. Weston and WESTON SOLUTIONS, INC., leading various environmental planning and design initiatives. Ann also worked as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Pennwalt, managing significant projects related to waste treatment systems and regulatory compliance. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in History and German, all obtained from the University of Delaware.
