Kaley Crawford-Flett currently serves as the Chair of the New Zealand Society on Large Dams and also holds the position of Vice-Chair. In addition, Kaley is a Technical Project Manager at Engineering New Zealand and an Honorary Academic at The University of Auckland. Previously, Kaley worked as a Senior Industry Research Fellow at the University of Canterbury and as a Geotechnical Research Engineer/Project Coordinator at The Quake Centre. With a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Kaley brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
