Tania Pouwhare is a Social Intrapreneur and Principal Policy Analyst with extensive experience in social development, community innovation, and policy advocacy. Tania has held leadership positions at various organizations, including the Auckland Council, Women's Resource Centre, and National Collective of Independent Women's Refuges. Pouwhare is currently serving as the Pou Kahukura at Mana Ātea and Pūkenga at Ngā Toki Whakarururanga. Tania holds a Master of Arts in Women's Studies from The University of Auckland.
