Lesley Leonard

Lesley Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lesley is currently serving as a Board Member at Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton Inc since February 2022. Prior to this, Lesley held various roles at Engineering Planning and Management, Inc. from January 2018 onwards, including Director of Administration and Human Resources and Recruiting Manager. From March 2007 to December 2017, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Donovan Hatem LLP, where they were responsible for managing HR needs and employee relations. Lesley also worked as the Human Resources Director and Office Manager at First Winthrop Corporation from January 1998 to March 2007, where they handled HR responsibilities and ensured compliance with legislation. Earlier in their career, Lesley served as a Senior Administrator to the Vice President at Safety 1st, Inc and held the rank of First Lieutenant in the US Army from October 1993 to June 1996.

Lesley Leonard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 1993. Later on, Lesley pursued an Executive Masters of Business Administration at Suffolk University in 2007.
