Rodger Blair

Rodger Blair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consulting within the engineering and food manufacturing sectors. Presently serving as a Senior Consultant at Engineering Possibilities since June 2020, Rodger specializes in Lean Business Assessments and Value Stream Mapping. In addition, Rodger has been the Regional Sales Manager at Rock Busters since September 2021, providing technical advice and sales support for rock-breaking solutions. As the Owner of RG Enginuity since September 2010, Rodger focuses on project management and operational improvements. Previously, Rodger held Plant Manager positions at Unilever Canada and Unilever Foodsolutions, overseeing manufacturing processes for various food products. Rodger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
