Lars Ludvigsen, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Engineering Resource Group, Inc. since May 1999. Previously, Lars worked as a Project/Construction Manager at Serenity Group, Inc. from 1998 to 1999, managing the complete project cycle and coordinating activities among various stakeholders. From 1992 to 1998, Lars held the position of Branch Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), overseeing daily operations and ensuring P&L accountability, as well as preparing proposals and managing geotechnical projects. Lars began the career as a Staff Engineer, providing consultation for construction materials testing and preparing geotechnical reports. Lars earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1988 and 1992.
