Jim Clark is an experienced Network Administrator currently with Engineering Services Network (ESN) since July 2018, following a progression of roles including Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman and Senior Systems Engineer at ICI Services. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Northrop Grumman as a Systems Engineer, and consulting in the defense and technology industries at Clark Consulting. Jim’s early career featured roles in technical support at P+W Software and as an FSA Administrator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. Jim holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and has pursued various technical certificates and continuing education. Recent involvement in community education includes participation in the FBI Seattle Citizens Academy and local police department academies.
