Katherine Holt, MS, is an experienced professional in government contracting and program management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Engineering Services Network since April 2021, focusing on the Department of the Navy's SBIR and STTR programs. Prior roles include Configuration and Data Manager at Analytical Services and Materials, Inc., where responsibilities involved ensuring compliance with NASA policies for the Space Technology Mission Directorate, and a series of positions at the same company, including Phase III Project Manager and Program Analyst in business development.
