Kyle Mullen

Kyle Mullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy analysis, military operations, and business acceleration. Currently serving as a Senior Policy and Strategy Analyst at Engineering Services Network since July 2020, Mullen previously held roles including SBIR/STTR Subject Matter Expert at Strategic Analysis Incorporated, Councilman for the Town of Parma, and Business Acceleration Manager at Dawnbreaker. Mullen's military career includes over 22 years in the United States Air Force, culminating in leadership roles such as Division Director and Chief Operating Officer for multiple operations groups. Mullen holds degrees from Purdue University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as certifications in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute.
