Paul Barber

Paul Barber brings extensive experience in management and operations within the engineering and maritime sectors. Having served as Sr VP and Deputy Director of Operations at Engineering Services Network since April 2003, Paul Barber also held the position of Sr VP and Executive Director of Maritime Operations at the same company. Prior to this, Paul Barber was General Manager at TDS (CENTURUM) from June 1994 to April 2003, and Program Manager at both Andrulis Research Corp and Eldyne, Inc. from April 1991 to June 1994 and April 1988 to April 1991, respectively. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from City University of Seattle and an ATA in Telecommunications Engineering from Olympic College. Paul Barber has been retired since November 2016.
