Lisa Broom-Crawford

Lisa oversees all purchasing at ES3 which issues contracts and purchase orders in excess of $40M annually. Lisa has a BA in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of California San Diego. She has more than 16 years of experience in the Contracting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sourcing arenas. Her expertise includes FAR, DFAR, and general aerospace industry standards, along with specific DCAA, DCMA, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit compliance. ES3 operates a DCMA Approved Purchasing System, having passed its first Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audit in March 2019.
