Diana Estrada

Diana Estrada, P.E. is a Senior Consultant at Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) since September 2019, with previous roles including Senior Staff Consultant and Staff Consultant in the Structural and Civil Practice. Concurrently, Diana serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the Structural Engineering and Mechanics of Materials Lab. Prior experience includes working as a Structural Engineer and Project Engineer at AECOM, focusing on large design-build water projects across North America, and a Graduate Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where research centered on structural mechanics and deployable structures. Diana also led the Estimating and Preconstruction Department at Gonzalez & Sons Equipment, Inc., and has held a position as a University Math Tutor at William Paterson University of New Jersey. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering and Mechanics of Materials from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
