Lillian Lau

Lillian Lau currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at STERIS, having started in September 2023. Lillian's career includes roles as an Engineer at Engineering Tomorrow and as a Performance Improvement Project Intern at The Variel of Woodland Hills. Lillian has also gained experience as a Supply Chain Project Intern at Cedars-Sinai and as an Engineering Intern with the Major Projects Organization at Southern California Edison. Lillian's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Systems Management Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a specialization in Applied Analytics, both from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Lillian was a coxswain for the NCAA Division I Women's Varsity Rowing team at USC, serving on the Leadership Council for multiple seasons and dedicating over 25 hours per week to the sport while managing academic responsibilities. Lillian also volunteered with Trojan Outreach Programs, contributing to the local community.
