Lipi Malladi

Lipi is a Quality Engineer and Quality Research Engineer at EngineeringPeople. She works on improving the quality of products and process by incorporating the latest technology to reduce cycle time and decrease costs. She has vast expertise with HoloLens, a Microsoft augmented reality device, which allows her to implement automation features, simplify data collection and improve existing manufacturing methods for clients.

Lipi holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing engineering from Wichita State University.
