Jacqui Ferguson

Jacqui Ferguson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in non-executive director roles across various industries, including their current positions at the National Grid and Softcat plc since January 2024, and ongoing contributions to Croda, EngineeringUK, and Women on Boards since 2018. Jacqui has served as Chair of Tesco Bank until November 2024 and held advisory positions with ENGIE UK & Ireland and Wood, where Jacqui was Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Jacqui was an Advisory Member on the Scottish Government's National Advisory Council for Women and Girls from 2017 to 2020 and contributed to DocuSign's Advisory Board.
