Cphr Sanjeet Bains

Sanjeet Bains, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a background in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Engineers and Geoscientists BC since March 2018, Sanjeet is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding processes. Previous roles include Associate in People Services at BCAA, HR Administrative Officer at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and Staffing Consultant at Randstad Canada, where a focus on client support, staffing coordination, and employee training was maintained. Earlier experience includes fundraising and employer outreach at The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the same institution.
