Benjamin Hammond has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Benjamin started their career in 1997 as an intern in the food and beverage department of Engineers Country Club. Benjamin then progressed to become a food and beverage supervisor from 1998 to 2002, and later served as the food and beverage manager from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they were promoted to the role of assistant general manager and banqueting director, and they held this position until 2019. Benjamin is currently the director of operations at Engineers Country Club. Additionally, they also served as the director of sales and catering for Engineers Country Club - ECC Catering LLC since 2017.
Benjamin Hammond pursued their education in the field of Hospitality Management. From 1993 to 1995, they attended Pembrokeshire Technical College, where they earned a BTEC degree in Hotel & Catering Operations. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management.
