Angel Liang

Angel Liang is currently a Research Assistant at Cornell's Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, focusing on sensitive detection of extracellular vesicles using a Surface-Enhanced Raman spectroscope. Angel also serves as a Conference Coordinator at Engineers for a Sustainable World, organizing workshops and information sessions on environmental protection. Additionally, Angel is involved in research on carbon nanotubes and hydrogen gas production and serves as a Teaching Assistant in the physics department at Cornell University. During the 2021-2022 academic year, Angel worked as an Academic Tutor, assisting peers with math problems. Angel is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Philosophy at Cornell University.
