Engineers In Action
Doreen Ndishabandi serves as a Development Advisory Board Member for Engineers In Action since October 2024, contributing to program and fundraising strategies for initiatives that enhance community access to essential resources. Prior experience includes roles at One Acre Fund from September 2020 to March 2024, where Doreen held senior leadership positions, including Senior Director & Global Chief of Staff and Chief People & Partnerships Officer in Rwanda. Previous experience also encompasses a Community Health Educator role with the Peace Corps from June 2013 to September 2015, providing health education to a rural village, and an internship at The World Justice Project, developing methodologies for legal symposiums. Earlier, Doreen contributed to Youth Action Africa Inc. as part of the Marketing & Branding Committee, focusing on event publicity and intercollegiate debate initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Relations from Tufts University and a course in Post-Conflict Transformation from the School for International Training.
