Colette O'Shea is a seasoned professional in project management and strategic procurement, currently serving as Director - Specialisms, Advisory & Infrastructure and Head of Strategic Procurement at AECOM since August 2022. O'Shea has held significant positions, including Senior Project Manager at the National Treasury Management Agency, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of €150M STEM buildings across Ireland. O'Shea has experience as Learning and Development Manager at both Atkins and J. B. Barry and Partners Limited, where initiatives led to substantial improvements in staff development and cultural change. In addition to technical expertise, O'Shea has contributed to the engineering community through leadership roles at Engineers Ireland, including Chairperson of the Women in Engineering Group. Colette O'Shea holds multiple degrees, including a BE in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Executive and Career Coaching from University College Cork.
