Deasún Ó Conchúir PhD CEng PMP serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Scatterwork GmbH, a project and program consultancy founded in 2008 that aids industrial and commercial clients in tackling complex technical and business challenges. Key achievements include developing a fully virtual operational team, directing successful training and mentoring programs for multinational and small to medium-sized enterprises in Ireland, and facilitating significant project management initiatives for companies like Maersk and DSM. Deasún also holds leadership roles at Engineers Ireland, including representing the Biomedical Engineering Division and contributing to the strategic direction of the Engineers Journal. Prior experience encompasses positions at Zurich Financial Services, Swiss Re, and other notable organizations, collectively enhancing project management practices across various sectors. Deasún earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Bangor University.
