Paul Kiernan

Paul Kiernan is an experienced Area Engineer and Chartered Flood Relief Design Engineer at the Office of Public Works since January 2007, with a strong focus on flood relief schemes in Enniscorthy, Templemore, Tullow, and Ballymakeery, while also serving as a Quality Manager following ISO 9001:2015 standards. Involvement with Engineers Ireland since 2008 includes assessment and interviewing for the Chartered Engineer title. Prior experience includes Project Manager roles at Balfour Beatty plc overseeing various significant projects in Dublin and graduate engineering work at Carillion. Academic credentials encompass multiple degrees, including a BA/BAI in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, and further qualifications in Project Management and Environmental Engineering.
