Lily Zhang

Lily Zhang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Snowy Hydro Limited since February 2022. With extensive experience, Lily held the position of Legal Counsel at Yancoal Australia Ltd from November 2018 to February 2022 and has served as Company Secretary for Engineers Without Borders Australia since the same month. Previous roles include Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin and Associate at Allen & Overy, as well as Solicitor at Chapman Tripp. Lily also contributed to legal education as a Law Tutor at The University of Auckland and conducted market research as a Student Researcher at CBRE.
