Jan Burenius

Jan Burenius has extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various organizations. Serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of Engineers Without Borders Sweden since 2011, Jan Burenius holds multiple chair positions, including at DREV and Envue Technologies, both initiated in 2023. Jan Burenius is also the Chair of the Board of Directors at Atium and OpenHack - Coding for Humanity, and has been involved with Insplorion AB since 2016 as a board member. As the CEO and Founder of Nimba AB since 1989, Jan Burenius has demonstrated long-term entrepreneurial capabilities. Additional roles include a board membership at Hack the Crisis Sweden and leadership at Chalmers Innovation Foundation and Chalmers Ventures. Jan Burenius holds degrees from Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg.
