Randall S. Over

Randall (Randy) S. Over, P.E., is a seasoned civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 1983. They served as the District Construction Engineer Emeritus at the Ohio Department of Transportation from 2012 to 2017 and held roles as Safety-Service Director and City Engineer in North Ridgeville, Ohio, from 1990 to 1994. Currently, they are involved as Treasurer of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation Region 1, a Board Member and Treasurer for Engineers Without Borders USA, and the Chair Elect of the NICET Board of Governors. Additionally, they have held leadership positions in the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Association of Engineering Associations.
