Brooke Evans is a board member at the Tampa Bay Innovation Center. Brooke has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and financial management.
Brooke began their career at Arthur Andersen in 1997 as an auditor. In 1999, they joined Deloitte & Touche as a senior manager in the audit practice. Brooke spent 10 years at Deloitte, serving clients in a variety of industries with a focus on business-to-business and business services companies. Her clients ranged in size from small startups to large, publicly traded companies.
In 2007, Brooke left Deloitte to become the chief financial officer of Power Design, Inc. Brooke was responsible for the company's financial strategy, including capital structure, banking, budgeting, procurement, billing, collections, financial IT systems, and other strategic projects.
In their current role at the Tampa Bay Innovation Center, Brooke is using their extensive experience in public accounting and finance to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
