Bashir Mohammed

Bashir Mohammed has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Bashir is currently serving as the Head of Sales at Engineius since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the National Sales Manager at Engineius starting from March 2021.

Before joining Engineius, Bashir worked at Enterprise Holdings for several years. Bashir held the position of National Business Development Manager from December 2012 to August 2020. In this role, they collaborated with major Motor Insurers, Bodyshops, and Fleet Companies to improve the company's competitive position in the insurance and fleet market. Bashir focused on maximizing market penetration and sales.

Bashir also served as an Area Manager at Enterprise Holdings from July 2008 to November 2012. In this role, they managed a team of 7 rental branches in the Central Midlands, including Birmingham Airport, and supervised approximately 40 employees. Bashir provided leadership and direction to the team, developed future leaders within the rental division, and took responsibility for full P&L accountability.

Prior to that, Bashir held the position of Sales & Business Development Manager at Enterprise Holdings from June 2005 to July 2008. As part of their responsibilities, they built and developed the ERAC rental business within large Fleet and Corporate accounts in the West Midlands. Bashir established relationships with key stakeholders and identified areas of improvement to drive performance.

Before joining Enterprise Holdings, Bashir started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2000 as a Graduate Trainee. Bashir then served as an Assistant Branch Manager, supporting the management of the largest rental branch in the West Midlands. Later, they became a Branch Manager, overseeing one of the largest rental branches in the West Midlands and managing a team of employees and drivers. Bashir'sresponsibilities included P&L management, sales, marketing, accounting, recruitment, and training of management trainees.

Through their diverse roles in sales, business development, and management, Bashir Mohammed has gained valuable experience and expertise in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and leading teams.

Bashir Mohammed completed their education at three institutions, starting with Langley High School from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a GCSE degree in various subjects. Following this, they attended St. Phillips Sixth Form College from 1992 to 1994, achieving A Levels in Business Studies, Economics, and English Literature. Finally, they studied at Middlesex University between 1995 and 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing & Business Law.
