Samantha Thomas

Samantha Thomas has extensive work experience in various industries. Samantha is currently working as a Network Director at Engineius, where they are responsible for scaling the self-employed driver network and leading the team building tools for managing flexible driver networks. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Network Strategy at Engineius.

Before joining Engineius, Samantha worked at Deliveroo as a City Manager and later as a Commercial Manager. Samantha was responsible for overseeing city operations and managing commercial activities.

Samantha also has experience in the food industry, having worked at Elgin Free Range Chickens as the Head of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they handled management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supervision of a large staff. Samantha also served as the Sales and Operations Manager, where they opened retail warehousing outfits and established fully functional retail operations.

In addition to their work in the food industry, Samantha was the Co-Founder of The Winepress, a company that supplied private barrels of wine directly to clients.

Samantha has also held positions in other organizations such as get-A-chef, IBV International Vaults, RedVooma, and Caviar Group of Restaurants, where they held roles in business development, marketing, and management.

Samantha's educational background includes pursuing an MBA from ESMT European School of Management and Technology.

Samantha Thomas has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended the University of Cape Town and obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Samantha continued their studies at the same university from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree. In 2012, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at ESMT Berlin, specializing in Finance, Sales & Marketing.
