Titilope Osiyemi has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Titilope began their career at Zenith Bank Plc, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Titilope also took on the role of Customer Service Team Lead, where they successfully reduced attrition rates and conducted weekly trainings on customer service and product knowledge updates.

Titilope then moved on to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zenith Bank, where they built strong relationships with hiring managers and effectively managed candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system. Titilope also ensured timely completion of hiring steps and improved stakeholder communication.

After leaving Zenith Bank, Titilope joined Project C Foundation as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, they managed the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate recruitment and Early Careers, contributing to over 40 successful hires in just 3 months. Titilope also holds job briefing and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to communicate resourcing strategies and prioritize diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Titilope Osiyemi, ACIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, MSc, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management. In 2022-2023, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Aston University. Prior to that, from 2005-2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Covenant University.
