Beth Barrett-Wild

Beth Barrett-Wild is an accomplished sports executive with extensive experience in women's cricket, currently serving as the Tournament Director for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 and the Director of the Women's Professional Game at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Since joining ECB in December 2013, notable contributions have included leading the establishment of The Hundred Women's Competition and the implementation of strategic initiatives like the South Asian Action Plan. Previous roles include significant involvement in the ICC Women's World Cup 2017 and media management for the England women's team. Prior to ECB, Barrett-Wild held positions at the Marylebone Cricket Club, Rounders England, and Oxford University Sport, culminating a career that began with a geography degree from the University of Oxford.
